Biz Fete, Limited – Cancellation and Return Policy

At Biz Fete Limited it is our goal to serve our customers in a timely fashion. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do our best to improve your customer experience.

Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to our shipping the order to you. Orders of personalized items may not be canceled 24 hours after the order has been processed.

Once you receive your order, please look it over within 24 hours. If you think you have received a defective item, please e-mail our customer service team at [email protected] within three calendar days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please inform our customer service team within three (03) calendar days so that we can correct your order.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the unworn and unwashed product along with the original sales receipt within seven (07) calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Garments and/or accessories purchased with any form of personalization is a final sale and is not eligible for return. Similarly, items purchased at a discounted price and items marked for clearance are final sales and are not eligible for return.

When returning items, please don’t forget to include your original receipt. The cost of shipping returned items is non-refundable, unless we made a mistake on your order.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take five (05) to ten (10) business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If you initiate the return after seven (07) calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
