Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, the parties will try in good faith to settle it through the Arbitration and Mediation process conducted by a mutually agreed upon legal or conflict resolution firm. The parties will equally share in the costs of retaining the legal o conflict resolution firm. Each party will cooperate fully and fairly with the assigned arbitrator/mediator and will attempt to reach a mutually satisfactory compromise to the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days after it is referred to the arbitrator/mediator, either party may take the matter to court.
Judgment on the arbitration/mediation award may be entered in any court that has jurisdiction over the matter. The responsibility of payment of final court and attorney fees will be determined by the presiding judge.
